This a very drinkable, joyful and likeable light “summer” red, like its colour. A beautiful luminous light ruby, it expresses the simple elegance of Uva Rara and the fruitiness of young Nebbiolo, of which it receives a pleasant tannic structure and enough acidity, to never be boring. A very nice red for different occasions, as an aperitive, or with simple pasta dishes and risotto. We think that it is the rare perfect red wine for lovers of meaty fish, in particular salmon and tuna. Pure enjoyment!
