A splendid combination of fine spices, herbs, pomegranate and red fruit, the right tannins, lightened by the acidity of the volcanic soil, each sip convinces with its duration and flavour. With 12.5% alcohol content, the balance between “wininess” and aromas weighs towards the latter. The result is a balsamic texture that initially teases and progressively pleases the palate. The initial spicy aromas quickly give way to hints of vanilla and grapefruit, in turn completed by tobacco and liquorice with a finish that lingers a long time in the mouth.
