TOSCANO / La Svolta
This traditional Tuscan white is made from 100% Trebbiano Toscano from old vines, left to macerate on its skins for 10 days. It is not a proper “orange” wine, but rather the expression of Tuscan tradition, aiming to take the place of robust red wines with meals in the hot summer months.
Its beautiful golden colour revelas a scent of exotic fruit, dry figs and almonds, candied fruit.
On the palate it is dry, fresh, with a good mineral note and balance of tannins and acidity. Well rounded, the notes of dry fruit return for a lingering finish.
Best served cool, but not cold (12 - 14°C).
Only 2,500 bottles produced!
